Box details

General information about the box. The name and logo are shown in the app and in the box finder; the time zone is used for bookings and remittances.

Identity

Box name
Box code

Generated by the system and cannot be changed. It is what members type in "My box" to join.

Time zone

Your country's by default; it determines how class and booking times are interpreted.

Box logo

JPG or PNG up to 5 MB.

Address

Street, number, postcode, city and province

This is the address members see and the one used as tax address unless you set another in Billing.

Box details
Identity, address and, at the bottom, "Close the box".

"Close the box" removes all members, cancels the fees and withdraws the box from the app. It cannot be undone; certified invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
