Penalise if cancelling less than X hours before
From here on, a cancellation counts as late.
Cancellations without penalty
How many late cancellations are forgiven per period.
Delay at the next booking opening
Minutes of delay with which the member enters the next booking opening. The member sees "Your personal opening is at HH:MM".
Substitute management
Hours in advance to notify substitutes
If someone cancels with less margin than this, instead of putting in the first on the waiting list, they are notified and decide themselves.
Notification mode
"All at once" or "In order" (one after another).
Notify everyone if less than X hours remain
With very little margin all substitutes are notified at once, whatever the mode, so someone takes the spot.
Count the class as used
If they don't free the spot in time
The class is deducted from their pass or membership as if they had attended.
